Absolutely love my provider Lynn Grillo! She goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a PCP she’s the best in Fairfax!

You can have CareMed as PCP and/or for your Annual physical examination. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Check in process is quick. Individual taking the blood is highly skilled. Facility is very clean. Both providers - Dr. Grillo and Dr. Kalidindi are great. I would recommend seeing either of those doctors based on availability if you are new patient. Abundant parking available in the lot opposite to facility. Book an appointment prior to visit, either online or by calling them.

I’ve been coming to this office for years. The doctors are nice and never had a problem with them, however, their front staff is trash. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and ridiculous. I brought my children there because they were the closest urgent care who took my children’s insurance. Somehow, they no longer are an urgent care and never informed me about it. I gave birth to my daughter on Friday and brought her in today for her check up, they were rude and nasty and told me I had to come back because I didn’t check in online. So I found another office due to the rudeness; that new doctors office called to get whatever paperwork they needed and after dealing with them told me they understood why I left. There’s one young lady I wish I knew her name that’s ALWAYS courteous and nice and goes above and beyond…as for the rest of the upfront staff, y’all need to do better.

!!!!!!!Don’t go there!!!!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Do not waste your time or money! I scheduled an appointment for my parents, who arrived on time, but were turned away because they had not completed an application. However, we were not provided with any application beforehand. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their representative to book the appointment, but the process was tedious due to the representative's slow pace and numerous questions. I even asked for the location's address, which was not sent to me. Additionally, I inquired about any special requirements for the appointment, but was told that there were none. Unfortunately, when my parents arrived, they were informed that they should have arrived 20 minutes early or completed the application that was allegedly sent to us (which we never received). Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. And they want to charge us 50$(Each) for not attending the appointment.

The doctor & the staff very profesional & very attentive! We love her! Dr Grillo is wonderful & listened carefully all we told her! The three of us , my mother, sister & me are very pleased with her ! The place very clean!

Lynn Grillo is the absolute best! She’s down to earth, listens to all my concerns, I never feel rushed and I always feel important to her. She’s easy to talk to and she makes me laugh. More importantly she knows exactly how to keep me mentally and physically healthy. Any needs you have; she’s got you! I highly recommend her.
